Preliminary programme for the QLR conference is now published

We have now published the preliminary programme for the conference. You can view it here. However, this program does not yet include details about individual presentations in parallel sessions. The finalized programme will be published as soon as possible.

As we informed before the registration is now open and some have already signed up. Please note that all participants have to register for the conference by using the on-line form available on our website, by 30 April 2024, at the latest. We kindly ask the panel organizers and contact persons of the presentations to communicate this information to all participants involved in your group/paper, and to take care that each participant registers individually by using the form.

Registration fees:

Early bird registration (by 15 March 2024): 80 euros

Late registration (by 30 April 2024): 120 euros

Conference dinner: 78 euros

About accommodation during the conference:

Our conference organizers have negotiated offers for the conference participants with some high-quality hotels near the conference venue. You can find the listing and all additional information about hotels and distances to the venue from here.

Conference dinner:

The Conference dinner will be held at restaurant Bastion Bistro at beautiful Suomenlinna Sea Fortress on Monday 10.6.2024 19:00-22:00. Suomenlinna is a historical sea fortress and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The fortress is situated only a 15-minute sea trip away from the Helsinki city centre. We will transfer together to Suomenlinna by a ferry. We will be walking together to the harbor from the conference venue. The distance from the venue to the harbor is only a ten-minute walk. Return from the dinner is possible either jointly or individually according to the ferry timetable. The cost of the ferry tickets is included in the conference dinner fee.

Options for the conference dinner are fish and vegan cuisine. Please indicate your choice on the Registration and Payment form. The menu is announced, and you can see it here.
